Total Utilities has taken a pioneering step towards fostering sustainable energy by spearheading the landmark collaboration between Manawa Energy and Southern Spars, an iconic New Zealand company known for its cutting-edge marine spars and rigging.

Certified Energy celebrates a year marked by strong activity and growth! During 2023, over 120 additional energy users registered on the NZECS. These energy users represent a diverse spectrum of enterprises, from small businesses to large corporates coming from a widespread array of industries, domestic and international.

STX is a market maker in environmental commodities and hence provides market access and liquidity in both liquid and illiquid commodities like renewable energy, biofuels, energy efficiency and carbon markets.

Strive is the climate action brand of Vertis Environmental Finance, the oldest emissions trading firm in Europe. With over 20 years of experience in the carbon markets, a billion carbon units traded, and over 1,800 clients, the company provides the solid base companies need for their net zero journey.

Total Utilities manages nearly $500 million of utility purchases annually in the New Zealand energy, waste, and IT markets, and offers a range of sustainable utility solutions to its clients. These include analysis of energy usage and costs, advice on energy efficiency, energy and utility monitoring and reporting, and the negotiation and procurement of utility contracts.

Pioneer Energy, and its Southern Generation Limited Partnership, supplies renewable electricity from hydro and wind generation stations, with the majority located in the South Island.
